About Us!

I have always had a love for shopping. Like most ladies’ weekends I was out and about shopping. Then came along my beautiful little boy. My shopping addiction changed focus from clothes and items for me to anything and everything baby - I loved every bit of it!

Shopping with a baby can be very hard so I turned to online shopping. It was after one of my online ‘shopping trips’ that the idea for Little Lady Bug was created. I decided that I wanted to work in the area where my passion lies. It needed to be suitable enough to also be a stay-at-home Mum. This way I am able to still be there for my beautiful little boy. So for me the answer was easy. I would start my own online baby clothes and accessories store. My store was to be about selling only products/brands I would deem good enough for my little boy. (with the exception of the girls clothing of course).  After some research into starting up an online business Little Lady Bug was launched.

Being a lover of bamboo products, I started my range from my bamboo supplier and then grew my collection to include other brands that I loved. At Little Lady Bug you will find Gorgeous organic Bamboo Blankets, Funky Babylegs, cute little Ruffle Pants and tiny Baby Shoes!

With the collection ever growing you will be sure to find only the very best products that encompass style and quality!

 

Operating out of Melbourne, Australia we keep our stocked products current and updated. Forever trying new products, we've tried and tested our listed items. We happily recommend and sell only the best in our online store.

What are the postage terms?

Postage and handling is to locations within Australia only. Postage charges are $8 for Australia Post Express or $6 for Australia Regular Post. Orders are usually posted within 24-48hrs from the day of ordering. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email.

**Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas, sale periods and for special promotional code offers.


What is the exchange and refund policy?

Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy (from the original date of dispatch). That is, Little Lady Bug will need to be contacted within 14 days of original dispatch date expressing the intention to seek a refund or exchange.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please advise prior to sending goods back.

Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Little Lady Bug has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges (same postage cost as original posted item).

Little Lady Bug reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund if the stated conditions are not met.

Conditions:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded)
  • Little Lady Bug is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Little Lady Bug will cover any postage costs. 
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card
  • Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.

Can I pick up my order?

 Sorry, pickup is not offered as an option.


LLB's - Toosh Coosh Terms

Little Lady Bug do not have the Toosh Coosh in our stock. Booster Seats will be sent via Toosh Coosh so you need to allow a week(up to 2 during busy times) for the Toosh Coosh to arrive.

Also due to the product being sent directly from Toosh Coosh, you will need to choose regular post as your delivery option. 

Anyone who chooses Express Post for a Toosh Coosh product will be refunded the extra postage charges!
